(A) If the owners and/or possessors allow the condition as provided in this subchapter to exist or fail to abate the condition as provided in this subchapter, they, and each of them, upon conviction thereof shall be fined $25 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the condition is permitted to exist.
(B) The owner of any object or material placed or remaining anywhere in violation of this subchapter, and the occupant, and owner of any premises as shown by the records of the County Recorder shall be deemed prima facie responsible for the violation of this subchapter and subject to the penalty provided.
