§ 35.155 RETURN OF PROPERTY.
   (A)   Employees are responsible for all the town issued to them or in their possession or control, to include:
      (1)   Materials;
      (2)   Written information.
      (3)   Identification badges.
      (4)   Mobile devices.
      (5)   Tools.
      (6)   Keys.
      (7)   Uniforms.
   (B)   Employees must return all the town property immediately upon request or upon termination of employment. The town may withhold from the employee’s check or final pay check the cost of any items that are not returned when required provided the employee has signed an authorization form allowing the town to do so. The town may also take legal action deemed appropriate to recover or protect its property.
