There shall be established pedestrian crossing zones in the following locations which shall be clearly marked. Appropriate signs shall be placed in accordance with the Indiana Traffic Manual in the vicinity of these zones for purposes of warning motorists of the fact that there is a pedestrian crossing zone ahead.
