(A) It shall be unlawful to park next to, by, or at a fire hydrant at any time.
(B) For violation of these provisions a penalty in the sum of $25 shall be assessed, provided, however, that the admission of the violation and the payment of the sum shall be made within two business days from the commission of the violation. (Ord. 2000-16, passed 8-22-00)
