(A) Whenever in this title it is necessary to define or interpret terms, they shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in I.C. Title 9, as the same is now promulgated or may hereafter be amended.
(B) For the purpose of this title, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMPUTATION OF TIME. For the purposes of this title, the day of the act, event, or default from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included.
COURTHOUSE SQUARE. Both sides of the streets in the following areas: Jefferson Street between York Street and Orange Street (State Road 9), Orange Street (State Road 9) between Jefferson Street and Main Street, Main Street between York Street and Orange Street (State Road 9), and York Street between Main Street and Jefferson Street.
