§ 70.05 AUTHORITY TO ERECT TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   The Chief of the Police Department is hereby authorized to erect all necessary traffic-control signs, signals, or devices which are necessary to enforce the provisions of this code or of any other ordinance.
