§ 52.77 EXISTING COMBINED SEWERS; NEW CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   In locations where an existing sanitary and storm water combined sewer is the only means of connecting into a new construction, there shall be provisions made for delayed or minimized inflow, by proper design.
   (B)   Any new building or appurtenance connection to an existing combined sewer shall be made as separate lines for the proposed sanitary and for the proposed clear water inflow, using two taps, so that in the event of a separate storm sewer availability, the clear water tap shall be removed and reinstalled in the new storm sewer.
