   (D)   Tapping fees. Each user, at the time of connection with the wastewater system, shall pay a connection fee of $981. If a boring under the street is required, an additional $400 will be charged.
   (E)   Swimming pools. A sewer charge shall be made for the fill of all swimming pools based on the gallons of water metered for them.
   (F)   Adjustment. Sewer charges caused because of a water leak may be adjusted once to an average monthly charge upon written request, which shall be reviewed by the Water Superintendent, Clerk- Treasurer, and one other employee, to determine the adjustment, and then the customer shall have repairs made when the leak is his or her responsibility.
   (G)   Service charges.
      (1)   The following service charges shall be established for miscellaneous services provided by the Water and Sewer Department of the town.
      (2)   All service calls requested by a property owner, renter, or plumber and/or contractor, shall be charged a minimum of $25 for the following during normal hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and $37.50 per hour minimum at all other times.
         (a)   Locating and/or cleaning of curb box;
         (b)   Locating of mains or sewer on private property;
         (c)   Water turn off and/or on; or
         (d)   Investigating leaks, high usage, noisy meter, and all other related complaints determined to be not arising from the meter itself, or as determined by the town to have not risen from the town’s infrastructure.
   (H)   Payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT). The sewer utility will reimburse the general fund an annual fee as payment in lieu of taxes. The PILOT fee will be based on the town's tax rate applied to the real estate and personal property assets of the sewer utility. At the passage of Ord. 2011-01, the sewer utility real and personal property assets are estimated to be $1,679,067. The town’s 2010 tax rate is 0.9905 with a gross tax due of $l6,631.16 from the Sewer Fund to the Corporation General Fund. First payment is due and payable on June 1, 2012. Thereafter, all payments are due and payable on June 1 of each consecutive year. Computation of the PILOT amount shall be as follows:
Total assets of sewer utility on Dec. 31st multiplied by tax rate of current year = gross tax due (PILOT).
