4-4-9: DUTIES OF POLICE:
It shall be the duty of any police officer of the City to require any person seen peddling or engaging in like activities, and who is not known to such officer to be duly licensed, to produce his license and to enforce the provisions of this chapter against any person when in violation of this chapter.
