A conditional use permit shall be required for all permanent relocation of residences and for the relocation of any building requiring a permit in the city. The relocation of any building or structure on a lot or onto another lot within the city shall be subject to the requirements, regulations and conditions of chapter 400 of this ordinance as well as section 1400.4 of this chapter.
