1300.3: SITE PLAN DRAWING NECESSARY:

All applications for a building or an occupancy permit in all zoning districts where a loading berth is required by section 1300.10 of this chapter shall be accompanied by a site plan drawn to scale and dimensioned indicating the location of loading spaces in compliance with the requirements set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 1988-12, 12-19-1988)
