4-1-5: 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE WITH ON-SALE WINE LICENSE:
On-sale wine license holders whose gross receipts are at least sixty percent (60%) attributable to the sale of food shall be allowed to sell 3.2 percent malt liquors at on-sale by obtaining an on-sale license to sell 3.2 percent malt liquors (nonintoxicating malt liquors). (2005 Code)
