A. All surface and underground drainage systems shall be installed to adequately remove all natural drainage that accumulates on the developed property. All such systems shall provide a permanent solution for the removal of drainage water.
B. Drainage systems and facilities shall be constructed in accordance with standards established by the city in the "city's standard detail plates" or as otherwise specified by the city engineer. (Ord. 2009-007, 3-2-2009)
