An eligible applicant must file an application on or before September 15 of the year preceding the year for which deferral status is requested in order to implement the deferral program for said year. All deferral applications must be made on forms provided by the city and submitted to the city clerk or administrator. The applicant will be charged an administrative filing fee established in section 3-1-3 of this title for purpose of processing the application. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
