11-7-1: COMPLIANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING ORDINANCE:

A proposed subdivision shall conform to the comprehensive plan and related policies adopted by the city and to the official zoning ordinance of the city. (Amended Ord. 1988-8, 9-8-1988)
