10-8-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to protect the public health, safety and welfare, by establishing a program to identify and register vacant buildings and by determining what actions the city will take and what actions the owners of the buildings must take. (Ord. 2009-021, 9-21-2009)
