A. International Fire Code And Standards: There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, that certain code and standards known as the 2000 international fire code, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the city. B. Amendments To Code And Standards; State Regulations: In addition to the foregoing, the city also adopts by reference, as if fully set forth herein, any and all amendments and changes to said fire code and standards and any other matters relative thereto set forth in Minnesota state rules and regulations of the department of public safety, fire marshal division, 11 MCAR sections 1.50101 to 1.5156.
