10-2-2: APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
The application, administration, and enforcement of the Building Code shall be in accordance with the Minnesota State Building Code. The Building Code shall be enforced by the Minnesota certified building official designated by the City Council to administer the Building Code. (Ord. 2007-07, 7-16-2007)
