9-7-1: USE OF POND WATER:

In order to conserve the area's drinking water supply and promote the recycling of existing water resources, residents of the city may, upon procurement of a license required by this chapter, expropriate water from city ponds to use for outdoor irrigation purposes. All such water usage shall comply with the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
