9-3-5: PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEMS 1 :
Where a public sanitary sewer is not available, the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system complying with the provision of chapter 4 of this title. (Ord. 2004-11)
