A. Priority Areas: The city prioritizes its snow and ice removal efforts as follows:
1. Priority 1: Snow and ice control from curb to curb on all city streets.
2. Priority 2: Sidewalks and trails as identified in the snow plowing and ice control policy of the city.
B. Disclaimer: The city will perform the snow and ice removal in the order of the priorities listed in subsection B of this section. The city will attempt, but does not guarantee, completion of all snow and ice control procedures after each snowfall, but because of time, equipment and budgetary constraints, at no time does the city council guarantee that sidewalks and bituminous trails will be completely free and clear of snow and ice.
