7-3-6: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to section 1-4-1 of this code and punished through the fines and penalties established in section 3-1-3 of this code or the traffic fines of Wright County. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
