7-2-8: PETTY MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished pursuant to section 1-4-1 of this code or the traffic fines of Wright County. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
