7-2-7: TOWING ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES:
Any vehicles parked in a manner inconsistent with this chapter may be towed and impounded by the city. The owner of any towed vehicle shall pay all towing and storage charges incurred by the city before the vehicle will be released from impound. (Ord. 2000-3, 4-3-2000)
