It shall be the duty of the animal control authority to keep the following records, subject to inspection by the Council, City Administrator, or their designated agents:
A. Accurate and detailed records of the licensing, impoundment, and disposition of all animals coming into custody.
B. Accurate and detailed records of all reported bite cases and investigations for a period of three (3) years.
C. Accurate records of all citations issued for violations of this chapter. (Ord. 2007-04, 4-2-2007; amd. Ord. 2021-11, 8-2-2021)
