A. Enforcement Authority: The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the animal control authority and those officers designated in this chapter. The animal control authority may issue citations for violations of this chapter.
B. Right Of Entry: The animal control authority shall have the right to enter upon any premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of discharging the duties imposed by this chapter where there is a reasonable belief that a violation of this chapter has been committed.
