6-2-9: CONFINEMENT OF ANIMALS THAT BITE:
Every fierce, dangerous, or vicious animal, including dogs, that has a history of biting a human or any domestic animal shall be confined by the owner within a building or secure, covered enclosure. Such animal shall not be taken out of such building or secure, covered enclosure unless muzzled and on a leash. (Ord. 2007-04, 4-2-2007; amd. Ord. 2021-11, 8-2-2021)
