6-2-3: LIMITS OF DOGS ON ONE PROPERTY:
No person shall own, harbor, or keep upon their premises more than two (2) dogs over the age of six (6) months at one time. A property may contain three (3) dogs if one or more are service animals as defined in this chapter. (Ord. 2021-11, 8-2-2021)
