6-1-1: FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION:
There is hereby established in the City a volunteer Fire Department, consisting of a Fire Chief, a Deputy Fire Chief, an Assistant Fire Chief, a Board of Officers, and not less than ten (10) nor more than thirty-three (33) firefighters, including the above positions. The number of firefighters shall be determined by the City Council.
