5-8-8: INDUSTRIAL OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY DISCHARGES:

Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity NPDES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Written proof of compliance may be required prior to discharge to the City's MS4. (Ord. 2018-04, 1-16-2018)
