5-7-6: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 1989-8; amd. 2005 Code)
