A. Waste shall be removed from all premises at least once every seven (7) days, and every person shall keep his premises at all times free and clean from same.
B. Any accumulation of refuse/garbage on any premises not stored in containers which comply with city regulations or any accumulation of refuse on any premises which has remained thereon for more than one week is hereby declared to be a nuisance and may be abated by order of the zoning administrator, as provided by section 5-1-11 of this title, and costs of abatement may be assessed on the property where the nuisance was found.
