5-6-7: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any permission slips issued hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished pursuant to section 1-4-1 of this code, plus the costs of prosecution. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
