5-6-6: INTERFERENCE WITH ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with city employees or authorized agents while they are engaged in and about the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying, inspecting or removing, or any other designated task or duty concerning street, park or public trees, or trees on private grounds as authorized by this chapter; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed as an attempt to prohibit the pursuit of any remedy, legal or equitable, in any court of competent jurisdiction for the protection of property rights by the owner of any property within the city.
