5-3-4: PETTY MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine pursuant to section 3-1-3 of this code. (Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
