5200.20 MARKETPLACE:
   A.   Uses: All permitted uses, permitted accessory uses, conditional uses, and interim uses contained in the B-3 zoning district defined in this ordinance that are consistent with the zoning performance standards shall be treated as allowed uses.
      The uses on Lot 4, Block 1 shall be limited to a restaurant using at least four thousand (4,000) square feet of enclosed building space, and other uses in the remainder of the building as are allowed under the City's B-3 zoning district.
      If a motor fuel station (with or without a convenience store and car wash) is located on Said Plat, it may only be located on Lot 2, Block 1 of Said Plat.
   B.   Lot Requirements And Setbacks: Building locations per Marketplace Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Agreement dated August 7, 2007.
   C.   Special PUD Conditions: Shared parking across Lots 1-4, Block 1. (Ord. 2023-05, 5-15-2023)
