Each owner of a multiple-family dwelling shall file a report with the city: a) within sixty (60) days of acquiring an ownership interest therein; and b) on an annual basis no sooner than January 1 and no later than January 31 of each calendar year. The report shall contain, at a minimum, the following information:
   A.   Name of owner.
   B.   Address of multiple-family dwelling.
   C.   Number of dwelling units.
   D.   Description of collection services, including date and time of collection, and who provides the services.
   E.   Description of methods used to inform occupants of availability of services.
   F.   Name and address of licensed collector that provides the service. (Ord. 1992-2, 2-18-1992)
