4-3-6: NUMBER OF LICENSES AND PERMITS:

A. No organization licensed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes ch. 349 may conduct lawful gambling at more than four (4) locations within the City.

B. No more than one (1) premises permit will be approved for the conduct of lawful gambling on any single premises. (Ord. 2023-10, 8-7-2023)
