A. Consumption:
1. No person shall consume intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor on any public sidewalk or street, or in a vehicle upon a public street. (2005 Code)
2. No person shall consume intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor in any public parking lot without city authorization. This subsection shall not apply to parking lots within city parks. (Ord. 2006-03, 2-21-2006)
B. Possession: No person shall have in possession intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor in an open container on any public sidewalk or street or in a vehicle upon a public street. (2005 Code)
