A. It is unlawful for any person, without the express consent of the grantee, to make or possess, or assist anybody in making or possessing, any connection, extension, or division, whether physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically or otherwise, with or to any segment of a grantee's system.
B. It is unlawful for any person to wilfully interfere with, tamper with, remove, obstruct, or damage, or assist thereto, any part or segment of a system for any purpose. (Ord. 2003-7, 4-7-2003)
C. Any person found guilty of violating this section may be fined as established in section 3-1-3 of this code for each and every subsequent offense. (Ord. 2003-7, 4-7-2003; amd. Ord. 2017-01, 1-3-2017)
