4-6-21: COMMUNITY SERVICES:
   A.   PEG Access Facilities: Franchises will establish obligations to provide PEG access facilities to meet the community's needs and interests.
   B.   Service To Public Or Educational Institutions: Franchises will establish obligations for the provision of free or reduced cost services to identified public or educational institutions. (Ord. 2003-7, 4-7-2003)
