The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations and licensing requirements for any person, desiring to operate Mobile Food Units (“MFUs”) within the City of Albertville. The purpose of the regulations is to protect the public health, manage potential conflicting uses of the public right of way, and minimize unfair competition with fixed-site prepared food vendors in the community.
