The requirements of this chapter define the City's regulatory authority over cable services and cable systems. All grantees are subject to all lawful exercise of the City's police power, ordinance making authority, and power of eminent domain. The terms of a franchise agreement define the contractual rights and obligations of the City and the grantee thereunder. (Ord. 2003-7, 4-7-2003)
