4-8-9: EXEMPTIONS:

Exempt events from the requirements and standards in this chapter may be city sponsored events such as: Friendly City Days, Farmer's Market, Explore Your Parks Nights, Open Streets and other events as deemed exempt by the City Council. (Ord. 2019-08, 9-16-2019)
