4-8-4: SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

A. If the special event contains intoxicating liquor, the consumption shall be confined within a fenced area.

B. Public events shall provide security for crowd control.

C. Public events shall provide available toilet facilities on site.

D. Insurance is required for all applicants seeking an outdoor special event permit. (Ord. 2019-08, 9-16-2019)
