SECTION 1.1. INCORPORATION.
   The City of Albemarle, North Carolina, in the County of Stanly, and the inhabitants thereof, shall continue to be a municipal body politic and corporate, under the name and style of the 'City of Albemarle', hereinafter at times referred to as the 'City'.
