§ 81.06 CONDITIONS TO KEEPING RABBITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or allow to be kept, harbor or allow to be harbored, maintain or allow to be maintained more than four rabbits or other lagomorphs of greater than six weeks in age outdoors on any single lot or combination of contiguous lots under single ownership or use within the jurisdictional limits of the city.
   (B)   When kept outside, rabbits shall be confined to side and rear yards only, visibly screened from public rights-of-way and any pens or other enclosures provided shall be a minimum of 20 feet from all adjacent property lines.
   (C)   Every rabbit pen and surrounding habitable space shall meet the sanitary standards of the County Health Department at all times and be kept in a manner such that no odors, noise or other nuisances are observable on adjacent properties.
   (D)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
