The City Council may determine and designate intersections where particular hazards exist on other than through streets, and may determine whether vehicles shall stop at one or more entrances to the stop intersection, and shall erect a stop sign at every place where a stop is required. These places are specified in Traffic Schedule XXII, hereby made a part hereof.
