§ 72.18 NUMBER OF PASSENGERS IN FRONT SEAT.

It shall be unlawful for the driver or the person in charge of any motor vehicle to permit more than three persons, including the driver, to ride in the front or driver’s seat. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
