§ 72.17 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hang on to any moving vehicle. It shall be unlawful for any person riding on any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle, to attach a bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, toy vehicle, or himself to any moving vehicle on any roadway. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
